📦 Delivery Policy

We offer supplement delivery across Lebanon.

Delivery options

• Clinic pickup: Free pickup from Akl Physicaltherapy Clinic.
• Home delivery: 2–5 working days, depending on location.

Payment method

• Cash on delivery only.
• Delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and confirmed by the clinic.

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of nutritional supplements, opened products are non-returnable.

We accept returns only if:

• The product is unopened.
• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong item was delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to the original payment method.
